November 24, 2014, we are proud to announce the launch of a new company logo and release our new website, designed with a fresh new look and user-friendly navigation, updated with the latest information about our products and services, as part of the ongoing evolution of our company’s brand and Visual Identity (VI).

We hope that you will enjoy browsing our new site, finding more options and information each time, and that it will be yet another tool for strengthening our business relations. The trademark registration of the new logo is undergoing and its property of BrosMed Medical.
The new visual identify emphasizes the link of diversified products portfolio, focus of embracing life and technology, well balanced of believe and responsibility.
The New Logo will be printed on all corporate documents, including but not limited to, the Company’s share certificates, promotional materials and corporate stationery, as well as the products of the Company. The Company’s previous logo and the New Logo are set out below:

The Company’s corporate structure remains the same as well as its current operating address and contact details.
The change of logo will not affect any of the rights of the shareholders of the Company,existing legal documents, certificates and internal & external documents. All existing certificates for shares of the Company (the “Shares”) in issue bearing the existing logo of the Company will, after the change of logo, continue to be effective and as documents of title to the Shares and will continue to be valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will not be any arrangement for the exchange of existing share certificates for new share certificates as a result of the change of logo.
